Nikit Rambhia

Director

Mr. Nikit Rambhia brings over two decades in IT product engineering, operations and business strategy, and holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. He leads the Indian production that our products are built on.

He was instrumental in taking the group to a listing on the National Stock Exchange, and in securing approvals under the Government of India's Production Linked Incentive schemes for IT hardware and telecom. Under his leadership the group pioneered local laptop production in India in collaboration with Intel, and delivered over 60,000 education devices into smart classrooms across the country.

He works closely with global ecosystem partners to bring current silicon and platform technology to Indian deployments, and is focused on building the group into a world-class production partner for international enterprises.

Kerman Rana

Whole Time Director

Mr. Kerman Rana, with over 30 years in IT, is Whole Time Director at AIR DigiLife, leading its thin client business. He was previously Country Head at VXL Instruments and played key roles in building brands including Netgear, ViewSonic and Quap. As former VP at D-Link, he helped steer the company post-demerger. Known for his strategic vision and leadership, he drives AiNUC's growth in the thin client space.
